Editing

Here as you can see we have made a start with the editing of our music video. First we began by locating the clips which contain the lip synching parts we need to link with the song and them arranged them roughly in the order we wanted them in.

Filming Location Images

When we arrived a the location where we were going to film we found that most of the lake which was nearly completely frozen. This made the surrounding look more interesting and suited the slow paced, soft sounding song.

Complications with our Music Video

While editing we found out that the music video we had planned was rather unrealistic to work and look good. So we planned to make the idea of it more simple while keeping the filming and the shots to a high quality.

The idea we intend to use is a simple romance between a couple with a singer which may appear in the same shots with the couple.

Shots required for next session of shooting

Shots required for next session of shooting:

  • Close ups of lip synching
  • Landscape Shots
  • Mid shots of lip syncing
  • Get more shots which when reversed create interesting effects
